The connected dental operations suite

One patient journey. One operating system.

Dental Studio is being built to run the whole patient and practice workflow: intake, longitudinal records, insurance and claims, billing, and coordinated pharmacy fulfillment and delivery—from one governed platform.

One continuous lifecycle

The handoff should never be the place work disappears.

Dental Studio is designed to keep the patient, clinical context, financial state, and fulfillment status connected across the work.

STAGE 01

Engage

Invite the patient, collect intake, confirm coverage inputs, and prepare the visit.

STAGE 02

Record

Keep reviewed history, documents, treatment context, and operational events on one longitudinal record.

STAGE 03

Treat

Connect authorized clinical decisions to the documentation, codes, follow-up, and patient communication they require.

STAGE 04

Get paid

Move from estimate and claim to status, remittance, patient responsibility, payment, and reconciliation.

STAGE 05

Fulfill

Coordinate an authorized prescription with a licensed pharmacy and the patient’s chosen delivery path.

One patient, one operational truth

Every module should understand the same patient journey.

The suite vision is not four products sharing a logo. Intake facts, record evidence, coverage decisions, claim events, balances, prescriptions, and delivery receipts belong to one governed lifecycle with role-specific views.

Patient record

Longitudinal, not appointment-bound

Carry forward reviewed demographics, histories, documents, coverage, treatment context, financial state, medication events, and communications.

Revenue integrity

Evidence follows the claim

Codes, narratives, images, attachments, payer responses, remittance, and follow-up stay connected to the service and patient responsibility.

Pharmacy coordination

Automation after authorization

Once an authorized prescription exists, the platform can coordinate consent, pharmacy handoff, fulfillment, tracking, and delivery exceptions.

Governance

Roles, approvals, and receipts

Clinical, billing, and pharmacy-sensitive actions require explicit authority. Automation advances the workflow without inventing permission.

Security without theater

A security-oriented foundation, with the compliance boundary stated plainly.

The platform architecture starts with private storage, encryption controls, protected staff identity, role groups, and minimal operational logging. Records, claims, billing, prescriptions, and delivery events expand the data and integration boundary; every production module must be completed, authorized, and validated for its actual role.

Common questions

The complete-suite direction, stated plainly.

What is Dental Studio?

Dental Studio is a connected dental operations suite being developed to unify patient intake, longitudinal patient records, insurance and claims workflows, billing, and coordinated pharmacy fulfillment and delivery.

Is it intended to replace my practice management software?

That is the product direction. The current private-pilot implementation begins with intake; records, revenue-cycle, and pharmacy modules still require implementation, integration qualification, and supervised validation before Dental Studio can responsibly replace a production practice-management system.

What is included in billing and insurance?

The planned revenue-cycle scope includes coverage and benefit workflows, estimates, claim assembly, supporting attachments, submission, status, payer responses, remittance, patient responsibility, payments, and follow-up work queues.

What does automated pharmacy delivery mean?

It means coordinating an authorized prescription with a participating licensed pharmacy, the patient’s delivery choice, fulfillment status, tracking, and exceptions. Dental Studio is not intended to independently prescribe, change, transfer, substitute, dispense, or ship medication.

Is Dental Studio HIPAA compliant?

Dental Studio does not make a blanket HIPAA compliance or certification claim. The pilot foundation uses security-oriented AWS services and controls, but production use involving protected health information requires an applicable BAA, correct configuration, complete application controls, policies, and customer-specific validation.

Which dental, payer, clearinghouse, and pharmacy systems does it integrate with?

No production integration catalog is being advertised today. Each interface must be scoped against the actual system, transaction standard, trading partner, authorization model, and workflow before it is promised.

Who is the private pilot for?

Dental practices that have a clear intake bottleneck, can appoint a staff workflow owner, and are willing to shape a supervised first deployment with HiperFusion.
